Sen. Mee Moua, an attorney and community activist, has represented St. Paul's Eastside since her election in 2002. In the Minnesota Senate, she has worked to protect civil rights, increase affordable housing units, and improve access to public transportation. She also chairs the Judiciary Committee. Sen. Moua is the highest ranking Hmong American elected official in the United States.
